Our pricing covers everything for the entire family so there are no extra costs involved. Our "make your own" maple syrup package includes...

- Two 500 ml bottles of your choice filled with syrup
- Two 250 ml bottles of your choice filled with syrup
- Two 100 ml bottles of your choice filled with syrup
- Taffy on snow for everyone
- Taste samples of various maple syrup grades
- "Bottomless" coffee and hot chocolate
- All supplies (firewood, bottles, caps, filters, labels, etc)
- Digital photos of your visit to Stonebriar Farm
- Four hours in the sugarbush with your family
- Experienced staff to guide you through the process
- Best of all... we do all the cleaning when you're done!

How to book your visit

As with most agricultural products, there is no guarantee for exactly when the season will start, when it will end, or how good it will be. This poses problems when trying to book outings in advance that are completely based on Mother Nature's will. Generally speaking, the local maple syrup season starts mid March and runs through April for about 6 weeks but that can vary greatly in either direction. The last weekend in March and first weekend in April are pretty reliable and are the only two weekends we will accept firm advance bookings. For the balance of the maple season we generate a "call list" in order of the reservations received. As soon as we've confirmed the sap has started to run we will contact the people on our call list in sequence to book their visit. If no suitable dates are available for you, your priority sequence will be retained for the next series of bookings. If for some unforeseen circumstance we should have to cancel your visit, you will be given top priority for re-booking, however, visitor canceled reservations or no-shows will be added back to the bottom of the list should you want to reschedule. Anyone left on the call list at the end of the season will be contacted and given first priority for the next maple season should they desire.

No deposit is required to book your visit to Stonebriar Farm but we do ask that you honour your reservations. We are a small operation and can only host four families per weekend for the duration of the maple syrup season. Each year we have more people wanting to visit than we can host so it's disappointing to see a day wasted while others are waiting for their turn.
